1) 7:30 – 8:15pm: 華爾滋(WALTZ);
8:20 – 9:05pm: 恰恰(CHA—CHA);
9:l0 – 9:55pm: 探戈(TANG0).
2) 收費: 每脕不論上幾節課, 一律六元. 一對十元.
3) 九月份以後再路續推出 - 倫巴, SALSA, 桑巴, 快步 及一些中級套硌.

First: Yoga with Alignment for Dancers

The alignment class at 2:30 pm will work on yoga stretches and core strength techniques useful for a good ballroom hold and position with one's partner. Note that the alignment class is very slow paced.
The ballroom class at 3:30 pm will work on Foxtrot flight, and Tango hold
The advanced ballroom at 4:00 pm will examine the open level choreography and technique behind the waltz tumble turn sequence. Make the tumble turn more exciting by and having precision in the rotation axis. Make the stretch in the throwaway look exciting. How to make the turning lock to the right really fly.
No partner needed for any of these classes. Classes are $12 per hour.

There is the weekly standard practice session from 5:00-7:00pm for only $8 (2 hrs) for those who want a low cost place to practice.
The music rotates in competitive sequence every hour, with several songs for each type of dance: Waltzes, Tangos, Viennese Waltzes, Foxtrots, Quicksteps.
I'm available during this time to answer questions, dance, or just to chat.

Learn more about ballroom alignment, or make your dance technique really move and stretch out. These are three classes are intended to work together and provide a basis for making dance more beautiful, pain-free and aligned. The alignment class is experimental, and the technique classes are not the same as other classes you may have taken.
2:30-3:25p Ballroom Alignment
This is a very specialized yoga/ballroom class, emphasizing alignment, and is much more information packed (anatomy, stretch, alignment) than the usual yoga class. It is geared towards ballroom dancers.
3:30-4:20p Ballroom Standard Technique Drill
These are drills to improve alignment and flexibility for dancers. Most of the dance work is drill work and concepts to improve the dance movement. Individuals welcome, no partner required. Most work in International Standard (Waltz, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz, Tango, Quickstep).
4:30-4:55p Advanced Ballroom
Advanced Choreography Work - Each month an advanced choreography sequence is examined in depth.
5:00-7:00p Practice Session - International Standard (Waltz, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz, Tango, Quickstep).
